Supporting Disclosure: Investment Company Institute report on Total New Assets of Long-Term Funds by Load Structure, which states that there were over $335 billion in level load funds in 2009. The savings were arrived by averaging the difference between the C share and F-1 share fees of one of the world's largest mutual funds (77bps or 0.0077%).
